Greater Southern MLS, the MLS focused on REALTOR® success, today announced the expansion of its program to help REALTORS® and property managers generate rental business with the addition of RentSpree to its myriad of business generating technologies.
The rental market has been flourishing since 2010 with nearly 60% of the households forming through 2030 projected to rent.[1] Looking at these trends, Greater Southern found a way to maximize efficiency for rental screening.
Partnering with RentSpree, Greater Southern MLS will enable real estate agents to process leases online in minutes and support their landlords by providing online rental applications, instant screening reports, report sharing, income verification, and eSignatures.
Agents will be able to opt-in for a fully automated rental system that guides agents all the way “from listing to lease” as they set up their rental listings inside of the Matrix MLS system.
The program is free to Agents. There is a $30 tenant screening fee paid by the tenant.
Greater Southern MLS already offers a robust program to help generate rental leads with FREE advertising for Rentals on Facebook Marketplace for Rentals, a site that enjoy 500 times more traffic than Zillow. Markets that offer automatic population of MLS rental listings to Facebook Marketplace enjoy as much as 20X the number of leads from other rental sites.
