New Orleans, LA – February 4, 2020 – Brokers all over Louisiana are feeling the pinch of ever-increasing operating and marketing costs. Greater Southern MLS was formed by a group of sponsoring brokers, big and small representing nearly 1/3 of all Louisiana REALTORS® to reduce operating costs and increase listing exposure and lead generation opportunities for every Louisiana REALTOR®. The group made a giant leap forward this week when Southwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS® joined the effort. The Southwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS® has inked a deal with Greater Southern MLS to be the first Association to retail Greater Southern MLS services to its 700+ members.
