Louisiana Brokers have come together to form Greater Southern MLS to give you and your agents an additional opportunity for listing exposure and lead generation for your prospects and clients.
The NAR rule, nicknamed the “MyDX” Policy, allows every broker the right to receive a copy of their MLS transaction history to use as they see fit.
NAR’s MLS of Choice policy allows any broker to subscribe to ANY MLS they choose REGARDLESS of which Association the broker belongs to.
The group made a giant leap forward this week when Southwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS® joined the effort. The Southwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS® has inked a deal with Greater Southern MLS to be the first Association to retail Greater Southern MLS services to its 700+ members.
