With Live Buyer Tours, you can create modern and mobile Buyer Tour reports directly from your Cloud CMA dashboard in just minutes. Showcase properties to clients looking to buy, and access live data from the MLS to put the latest information in the palm of their hand—and your brand at the top of their mind.
Live buyer tours features include:
- Live MLS data syncing: Live data syncing allows for the report to show the latest property information, including price changes.
- Create stunning reports in minutes: Creating reports is simple—just enter the MLS numbers or addresses, select a tour date, input showing times, add some final notes, then send the link directly to your buyers.
- Mobile-friendly with real-time updates: Aside from readily available tour itineraries, buyers will also have mobile access to up-to-the-minute details including showing time changes, driving directions, and much more.
