On September 24, Greater Southern MLS is launching new Concessions fields that users must complete when changing the listing status to Sold or Leased.
These fields will be added to the following listing input forms:
- Change to Sold
- Change to Sold (Lease)
- Residential – Comparable Sale – Closing Info Tab
- Residential Lease – Comparable Sale – Closing Info Tab
- Residential Income – Comparable Sale – Closing Info Tab
- Manufactured in Park – Comparable Sale – Closing Info Tab
- Land Comparable – Comparable Sale – Closing Info Tab
- Commercial Sale – Comparable Sale – Closing Info Tab
- Commercial Lease – Comparable Sale – Closing Info Tab
- Business Opportunity – Comparable Sale – Closing Info Tab
The new Concession fields are in the Close Information section of the listing input form and titled:
- Concessions Y/N field (required)
- Selecting No, the fields noted below are not required
- Selecting Yes, the following numeric fields are required, and a value of 0 is allowed:
- Concessions Closing CostsConcessions Property Improvement CostsConcessions Financing CostsConcessions Buyer Broker Fee
- Concessions Other Costs
Matrix will total the amounts in the Concessions Amount (Total) field, which is hidden on the listing input form but will display on reports.
Reports showing all Concession fields include the 360 Property View, Agent Full, and they can be added to the Agent 1 Line display.
