Matrix Update 12/17/2024

Effective December 17, 2024, Greater Southern MLS Matrix will include enhancements to mobile searching and several bug fixes. #


Mobile Map Default Display

When using the new search interface on a mobile device, the results will now default to the list/gallery display instead of the map.

The following issues have been resolved:

  • The tax linking action when entering a listing no longer fails if the listing parcel ID is all zeros.
  • My Matrix: In the new UI version of various My Matrix pages, all records can be selected when clicking Enter in the search filter without entering any filter string.
  • Running a Speedbar search for an Incomplete listing in a new UI page now displays the resulting listing in My Listings.
  • Auto Email: The “criteria revised” email is sent when the frequency settings for an auto email are updated, even when the criteria itself is unchanged.
  • When in the new search experience’s Goggles mode, clicking a Note icon in the list/thumbnail view now opens in the Notes section in the Summary.
  • Search: clicking the list/thumbnail/gallery results or a map pin in the new search experience now displays the Summary panel on the right for Cross-Property searches.
  • Mobile Display: Currency fields in Matrix Mobile no longer display “#ERR” instead of the currency value.
