Here are the latest Realist Tax enhancements and bug fixes, effective 3/23/2022.
Realist Sell Score Search – Help Tutorials #
The Realist help website now includes a link to a Sell Score Search tutorial video. This video will help you learn to use the new search attribute to build your prospecting list.
Bug Fixes #
Fix: Household income information now appears correctly in the income/demographics section.
Fix: Searching for a specific property address with no exact match now returns a “No Property Found” error. Previously, the system would return whichever property or properties had a similar address, even without an exact match.
Fix: You can now properly select and export the “lender name” attribute.
Fix: Properties with the Auction status now correctly display the Auction Indicator.
Fix: Navigating to the property details page from the Saved Properties page no longer removes your ability to print MLS photos. An earlier version of Realist accidentally introduced this error. We applied a fix in our most recent release that did not fully address this issue; this release corrects this bug.
Fix: The Comparable Detail Report API no longer displays an exception error.
